The invention concerns a device for diffusing one or several fluid product doses each dose being contained in a sealed reserve (163) defined by an envelope made of a flexible and ductile material such that a collapsing pressure (P) applied on the reserve causes the envelope to burst open releasing the product contained in the reserve. The invention is characterised in that the envelope is locally provided with at least a weakened zone forming a pre-opening (165') so as to cause the envelope to burst open at the pre-opening thereby channelling the product (F) through the pre-opening in a predetermined direction.

Why it's free to use
- Filed April 9, 1998. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended April 9, 2018.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 9, 2020.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
