A radial bearing structure for radially supporting a turret (14) rotatably carried by a vessel (10) including a plurality of arcuately spaced radial bearing assemblies (74) for radially supporting a rail (38) about the circumference of the turret (14). Why it's free to use
- Filed November 24, 1997 and granted December 3, 2002. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended November 24, 2017.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by November 24, 2019.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
