A pressure or blast release is disclosed for use on the burn chamber of a thermal refractor or other waste incineration unit. The release of the present invention comprises a spring loaded blast door which will blow open upon the over-pressuring of the interior of the burn chamber, either from overworking of the unit or the explosion or burning of a fuel cell within the waste being treated. Why it's free to use
- Filed May 31, 1999. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended May 31, 2019.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by May 31, 2021.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
