A dielectric filter, a transmission-reception shared unit, and a communication device, which incorporate the filter, are disclosed; spurious modes among resonant modes of dielectric resonators formed on parts of a dielectric plate can be suppressed so as to improve attenuation characteristics. In the dielectric filter an electrode, having electrodeless parts is formed on both main surfaces of a dielectric plate so as to form dielectric resonators; and linear conductors as probes are formed on the upper surface of the dielectric plate, in which one of the linear conductors is coupled with the dielectric resonator so as to form a band elimination filter circuit and a low-band pass filter …

Why it's free to use
- Filed April 28, 1999 and granted June 25, 2002. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended April 28, 2019.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 28, 2021.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
