The present invention is directed to a rigid or semirigid filled resin , material having a continuous phase which is a matrix containing a complex cross-linked network having an unsaturated polyester-polyurethane containing resin having fine multisize reinforcing particles and dispersed filler particles dispersed therein. The polyester-polyurethane network of the complex cross-linked network may interact with other polymer networks in the continuous phase either by cross-linking or by forming an interpenetrating polymer network. Why it's free to use

  • Filed April 14, 1997 and granted August 13, 2002. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended April 14, 2017.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 14, 2019.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
