A bale rotator is provided in a bale wrapping machine which wraps multiple bales end to end in a row. When the bale wrapping machine is used to wrap bales individually, the bale rotator is used to rotate a bale so that the bale is wrapped with plastic strip in at least two different angles. Thus, the bale wrapping device is capable of wrapping bales individually or wrapping bales end to end in a row.

Why it's free to use
- Filed September 30, 1998 and granted April 2, 2002. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended September 30, 2018.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by September 30, 2020.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
