Abstract From the Canadian patent

In existing apparatus for conveying and processing sausage mixture it is difficult to obtain a constant feeding rate of the sausage mixture for various sausage mixtures having differing consistencies. The present invention addresses this problem by providing a pressure chamber disposed between the conveyor device andthe cutting device which chamber is confined by a housing that can be detached from the conveyor device and the cutting device.

Why it's free to use

  • Filed September 14, 1998. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended September 14, 2018.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by September 14, 2020.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
