Abstract From the Canadian patent

A method is disclosed for stress relieving workpieces, having the steps of causing the workpiece to vibrate due to selected revolution values of a vibrator and making the selection of the revolution values on the basis of a measurement revealing the vibration behavior of the work piece. The workpiece is excited with revolutions of predetermined frequencies in a limited operating range and the respective response behavior associated with the excitation vibrations is measured and evaluated. In so doing, an efficiency value is determined for each excitation frequency and with the, aid of a correlation between the calculated efficiency values and conventionally selected excitation frequencies, …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed July 24, 1998. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended July 24, 2018.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by July 24, 2020.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
