Abstract From the Canadian patent

In known telecommunication systems comprising two separate radio systems each one using its own clock signal for defining its channels multiplexed in time said, radio systems cause too much interference at each other. By introducing a coupling between both radio systems for creating a predefined phase difference between their channels by adjusting at least one of said clock signals the interference can be, reduced, in particular in case said phase difference is continuously altered in time by, increasing or decreasing said phase difference all the time.

Why it's free to use

  • Filed May 28, 1998. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended May 28, 2018.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by May 28, 2020.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
