A thin-walled rubber article with a relatively low modulus, prepared by dip forming, formed from a composition comprising styrene-isoprene-styrene (S-I-S) triblock copolymer, and styrene-butadiene-styrene (S-B-S) triblock copolymer with a S-I-S content in excess of at least 76% by weight. Why it's free to use

  • Filed January 20, 1998 and granted December 9, 2003. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended January 20, 2018.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by January 20, 2020.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
