A downstream end of the, difuser communicates with an upstream end of an in-line turbulent mixer. The turbulent mixer is, mounted within a sealed conduit for generally homogeneous mixing of oxygen from a high, pressure source with the ambient atmospheric air so as to form homogeneous nitrox gas as the, oxygen and the ambient atmospheric air pass through the turbulent mixer along the sealed gas, conduit. Why it's free to use
- Filed January 7, 1998 and granted November 11, 2003. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended January 7, 2018.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by January 7, 2020.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
