An information recording medium includes an optical recording portion. The information recording medium also includes a magnetic recording layer which is provided on a back surface of the optical recording portion. The magnetic recording layer includes a magnetic layer, a concealing layer a print layer, and, a print protective layer. The concealing layer includes a metal film.
