The vehicle frame is sprung and damped at both sides of the vehicle relative to one, or more wheel axles by means of hydropneumatic springs wherein one of the, volumes of the hydropneumatic springs is variable. In this arrangement to , increase, the distance the static volume is supplemented by an additonal volume and to reduce the distance the static volume is reduced by a reduction volume. Why it's free to use
- Filed February 20, 1996 and granted September 11, 2001. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended February 20, 2016.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by February 20, 2018.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
