Abstract From the Canadian patent

A new kind of electrical-powered cooling/icing device for cryotherapeutic/paramedical body cooling/icing. It constitutes a Thermal Electric Cooler to generate coldness. Unlike other existing icing products, only this invention can deliver timed ON/OFF cycling pattern (such as therapeutic-favorite 10-minute ON 10-minute OFF), controlled, temperature range with full automatic operation maintenance-free, and mobile operation. It is practical and ideal for ordinary "lazy"/busy cooling/icing users.
