Abstract From the Canadian patent

Apparatus for applying proportional forces to at least two brake pads for application to rotating machinery. A member moveable parallel to a first axis has a first pivot connection having a second axis about perpendicular to the first axis a, second pivot connection having a third axis about perpendicular to the first axis and parallel to the second axis and a third pivot, connection having a fourth axis about perpendicular to the first second and third axes. A proportionalization lever has a length about parallel to the second and third axes which is pivotally, connected to the third pivot connection.
