A system for sealing a member rotating about an axis of a support is provided. The system includes a seal assembly the seal assembly in contacted with a cutter for cutting a portion of the seal assembly to seal the seal assembly about the member. A bearing assembly is enclosed by said seal assembly and rotatingly supports the member.
