Abstract From the Canadian patent

A method and apparatus for ameliorating the aging process and the effects of aging and maintaining the integrity of health is provided. The method includes subjecting biological systems to alternating and steady magnetic fields having flux densities ranging from 10-6 gauss to 10-20 gauss and frequencies up to 1014 Hertz. The calculation is made with reference to the equation mc2 = Bvlq where m = mass of the target; C = speed of light; B = magnetic flux density; v = inertial velocity of the mass contained in 1; 1 = length of the conductive body of the biological system; and q = unity. The frequency when AC is indicated is calculated with the cyclotron resonance formula: fc = …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed May 25, 1995 and granted May 24, 2011. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended May 25, 2015.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by May 25, 2017.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
