An integrated circuit output driver which reduces the effect of power supply and/or integrated circuit fabrication process variations on signal propagation delay. The output driver produces an output signal V out as an increased drive strength replica of an input signal V in. A pre-driver receives V in and produces an intermediate inverted replica V int thereof. A driver is electrically connected to the pre-driver's output to receive V int. V out appears at the driver's output as an inverted strengthened replica of V int. A first feedback circuit electrically connected between the driver's input and output applies a pull-down signal to the driver's input in response to a falling edge of V …

Why it's free to use
- Filed June 14, 1996 and granted July 25, 2000. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended June 14, 2016.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by June 14, 2018.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
