In other tools for muscle building it is known that a muscle must be worked through the fullest range of movement/motion as possible against resistance. In this invention the device/tool is to work the mandible muscles through opening and closing the mouth as far apart as possible. This device allows this as the lower mouthpiece may be executed through a large range of motion. This mouthpiece moves the metal rod and the sliding metal piece connected to it in harmony creating resistance from the separation of the stationary metal rods resistance band attachment against the sliding vertical metal pieces resistance band attachment.
