Abstract From the Canadian patent

Feedback circuit for a high voltage generator comprising several voltage multiplying stages connected in series wherein an, oscillator generates at least two clock pulses being 180· out of phase to one another, controlling alternately successive voltage multiplying stages to provide a high voltage pulse at the output of the high voltage generator, the high voltage output being connected to the feedback circuit generating a control signal supplied to the oscillator, so that the two clock pulses are modified in dependence on the high voltage output voltage wherein the feedback, circuit comprises a high voltage feedback circuit provided with a capacitive input stage (CP, CR), the output …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed December 29, 1992. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended December 29, 2012.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by December 29, 2014.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
