A support system for an equipment housing includes a pair of screw-adjustable legs at one end of the housing and a pivoting trestle at the other end. The pivoting trestle is made of two generally U-shaped channel members one, channel member being inverted and inserted or mounted inside the other channel member. The channel members each have side walls, and a bolt extends through apertures in the side walls to pivotally mount one channel with respect to the other. The housing can be made horizontal i.e. "levelled" by adjusting the effective length of the two legs, and the trestle automatically pivots to accommodate adjustments to the legs.

Why it's free to use
- Filed May 19, 1994. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended May 19, 2014.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by May 19, 2016.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
