It is the object of the present invention to provide a hydrophilic surface treating aqueous solution hydrophilic, surface treating method, and hydrophilic surface treating film persisting the hydrophilicity and ensuring a film having a good processability. The hydrophilic treating aqueous solution contains as main components a hydrophilic high molecular compound having a specific molecular weight and containing a polyoxyalkylene chain of 10 wt% or more in terms of solid content and a, specific aqueous resin. This enables the formation of film conferring a processability and good hydrophilicity and persistency of hydrophilicity on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy for use in …

Why it's free to use
- Filed May 6, 1994 and granted October 17, 2000. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended May 6, 2014.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by May 6, 2016.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
