A fluid power actuator comprising a piston (42) mounted in a cylinder bore (44) formed in a compact manifold (22) providing necessary circuit connections between control valves (24) and the bore. The bore includes at least two circumferentially spaced signal ports (68, 70; 72, 70') disposed in the wall of the cylinder bore along the path of travel of the piston. The piston includes at least one circumferential groove (66, 67) which opens and closes communication between the signal ports as the piston travels in the bore. Why it's free to use
- Filed October 20, 1992. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended October 20, 2012.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by October 20, 2014.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
