A stretch wrapping apparatus includes a dispenser for dispensing stretch wrap packaging material. The dispenser includes upstream and downstream prestretch rollers for engaging and stretching stretch wrap packaging material. The dispenser also includes an intermediate orienting roller position between the upstream and downstream prestretch rollers. Why it's free to use
- Filed April 15, 1994 and granted April 11, 2000. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended April 15, 2014.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 15, 2016.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
