Adjustable Strobe With Temperature Stabilization A strobe alarm circuit includes a voltage source circuit which has a capacitor connected across its output terminals. The voltage source circuit is connected to a flash circuit which includes a flashtube shunted by a trigger circuit. The trigger circuit causes the flashtube to flash when the voltage across the voltage source circuit capacitor reaches a predetermined threshold firing voltage. A resistor divider network is employed in the trigger circuit to ensure that the flashtube is triggered at virtually the same instant as the voltage across the capacitor exceeds the trigger threshold value.

Why it's free to use
- Filed March 9, 1994. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended March 9, 2014.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by March 9, 2016.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
