A spherical massage device includes a spherical core on which a plurality of substantially angularly equally-spaced circular slots are formed, each extending along a great circle of the spherical core to joint each other at an upper pole and a lower pole of the spherical core and a plurality of platelike massage elements having a given shape slidably retained within the circular slots.
