Data receiving apparatus receives a spread spectrum signal prepared by modulating data with a carrier wave to produce a data modulated signal, and multiplying the data modulated signal with a spreading signal that has a bandwidth greater than that of the data modulated signal. The receiving apparatus has three bandpass filters for passing three different band portions of a full band of the spread spectrum signal, and respectively producing a bandpass signal a, detector for detecting an intermediate signal from the bandpass signal and for producing a detection signal and a, reception state evaluation device for detecting the current reception state of the detector and for producing a poor …

Why it's free to use
- Filed December 17, 1993 and granted August 17, 1999. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended December 17, 2013.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by December 17, 2015.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
