A panel system (10) has panels (12) disposed side by side and connected together by connecting elements (14). The elements (12 14) are constructed from cardboard or plastics sheets. The connecting elements may have line slots (36 38) or centre apertures (37), which form slots when the connecting element is folded and which grip folded back edges (50, 52) of adjacent panel elements while dovetail slots (22, 24) in the panel edges retain the connecting elements in position, once the latter have been partially unfolded after insertion.

Why it's free to use
- Filed April 10, 1992. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended April 10, 2012.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 10, 2014.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
