The invention concerns a transmit/receive module for high-frequency signals, in particular for radar installations operating in the transmission-power range 0.5 to 12 W. The transmit/receive module proposed preferably uses no circulator. This makes it possible for a preferred embodiment to use planar circuit techniques. The transmit/receive module is particularly suitable for use in phased-array antenna assemblies.

Why it's free to use
- Filed July 8, 1992 and granted June 25, 2002. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended July 8, 2012.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by July 8, 2014.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
