Abstract From the Canadian patent

A motor includes a stub force-fitted in a center hole of a housing, and a fan rotatably supported around the motor, a number of fins are extended from the housing, and a space is formed within the fins for receiving the motor and the fan, the fins are located around the fan for protecting the fan.
