In a curtain for use during a shower to deflect water into the tub. It is known to have rows of suction cups on the bottom and side edges, depending on manual positioning and applied pressure on the suction cups against surrounding walls and tub. In this invention suction cups are secured to, or protrude from the bottom and side edges of the shower curtain such that they stay, affixed to the surrounding walls and tub. The suction cups along with shower curtain may be dislodged from the surrounding walls and tub, by means of pulling manually on either of the two pull tabs, located on both sides edges of the shower curtain.

Why it's free to use
- Filed December 1, 1993. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended December 1, 2013.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by December 1, 2015.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
