An object of the invention is to provide a disk player which is capable of truly reproducing recorded data and precisely controlling the rotational speed of the motor or the disk. In the disk player of the present invention a motor, rotates a disk. Speed detecting means detects rotational speed of the motor or disk. An optical pick-up reads data which, have been recorded on the disk, by accessing to the disk. An MPU finds object rotational speed, which is ideal rotational speed with respect to an accessing position of the optical pick-up on the disk. The MPU makes rotational speed of the motor or disk equal to the object rotational speed by finding the object rotational speed while the …

Why it's free to use
- Filed June 25, 1993. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended June 25, 2013.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by June 25, 2015.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
