A square waveform voltage is supplied to a second output circuit of a switching power supply. The second output circuit utilizes a FET, and by controlling the width of a pulse chopped from the square waveform voltage, obtains a direct current output voltage having a set value. However, if there is a time delay in a control signal for driving the FFT on/off fast, switching operations cannot be followed and controlled. Also due to this delay in the control signal the width, of the pulse is limited, and it is difficult to obtain a high secondary output voltage. In the present invention by providing an auxiliary power supply and a synchronizing signal generator for generating a synchronizing …

Why it's free to use
- Filed April 27, 1993 and granted February 10, 1998. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended April 27, 2013.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 27, 2015.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
