A functional groups-containing diene polymer having a molecular weight of 1,100 to 110,000 is obtained by adding to a diene polymer functional groups A, B and c represented by formulas I, II and III, respectively, I or , II, wherein R1 and R2 each represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms;, III wherein R1 and R2 each represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms. The diene polymer has a molecular weight of 1,000 to 50,000 and the molar ratio of functional group A/(functional groups B and C) is 40/60 to 0/100, with the total amount of functional groups A B and C, being 1 to 15 parts per 100 parts of diene monomer. Also included is a …

Why it's free to use
- Filed February 19, 1993. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended February 19, 2013.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by February 19, 2015.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
