An improved wash process is provided for a horizontal washer wherein a concentrated detergent solution is applied to a spinning wash load, the load is spun to effect a greater than one gravity force to maintain the clothes load against the basket wall, and the concentrated detergent solution is recirculated through the clothes load for a first period of time. After the first period of time, the detergent solution is diluted somewhat although the concentration remains abave a normal concentration of 0.06 to .28%. Why it's free to use
- Filed December 23, 1992 and granted October 26, 1999. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended December 23, 2012.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by December 23, 2014.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
