An air flow conduit system (200) is presented for air flow communication between an air filter mechanism and an engine intake manifold. The conduit system comprises substantially rigid straight conduit members (205, 206) joined in fluid communication by connector systems having elbow-shaped conduit members (208). A narrow end of a conduit member is received within a broad end of a next adjacent conduit member. Sealing engagement (215) occurs by means of an elastomeric seal member (245) having ribs (255) thereon positioned radially between the inner and outer conduits. A preferred rib arrangement is provided, to insure a flexible multi-point, seal system.

Why it's free to use
- Filed June 7, 1991. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended June 7, 2011.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by June 7, 2013.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
