The invention relates to an arrangement for dispensing hot beverages and comprises a fully sealed container (3) having thermally insulated walls. The container can be inserted into a holder (1) and drawn from said holder through a given distance to a lockable position in which the container interior can be connected to a pouring spout (5) and pump means (7), owing to the fact that the spout (5) can be extended from a protected position in a recess in the upper side of the container (3) and therewith expose holes (10a, 31a) in the container walls (31) and sealingly connect these holes to the pouring spout (5a) and the pump means (7). Why it's free to use
- Filed February 22, 1991. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended February 22, 2011.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by February 22, 2013.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
