Bonded end capped tubular or cylindrical filter elements are formed by fusing a fibrous mass of nonwoven, intertwining, mechanically entangled synthetic polymeric, microfibers possessing a temperature of dimensional heat instability and end caps formed from a dynamic vulcanizate comprising ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer (EPDM) rubber particles dispersed in a polypropylene matrix wherein the fused end capped filter exhibits minimal fiber pull back.

Why it's free to use
- Filed May 27, 1992. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended May 27, 2012.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by May 27, 2014.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
