A storage apparatus comprises a housing defining a plurality of chambers (12, 14, 16, 18) disposed one next to the other the, housing (10) including partitions (20 22, 24, 26) for separating the, chambers (12 14, 16, 18) from one another. Temperature control components (38, 40, 42, 44) are provided for controlling temperature independently in each of the chambers (12 14, 16, 18). Access openings are provided in the partitions (20 22, 24, 26), between the chambers (20, 22 24, 26) for enabling communication, between each chamber and the chamber of chambers contiguous therewith.
