A carrier for labels includes a rear wall which is connected to a transparent front wall, with a bottom-opening pocket being provided between the walls. A label may be placed in the pocket. Upper and lower attachment flanges extend from the rear wall to permit the carrier to be snapconnected to a molding member mounted on a shelf. Due to its bottom-opening configuration, debris swept from the shelf does not accumulate in the pocket. Moreover labels are easy to remove from the pocket.

Why it's free to use
- Filed January 27, 1992. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended January 27, 2012.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by January 27, 2014.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
