Abstract of the disclosure Indane-containing polyaryl ether ketones and the use of, amorphous polyaryl ether ketones for optical systems. Novel amorphous linear polyarly sic ether ketones, which contain indane-containing components have high glass transition points and are readily processible. These and known amorphous aromatic polyaryl ether ketones comprising at least one structural unit of the formula -O-A-O-B- (I) are used for the production of elements for optical systems. The radical A is derived from polynuclear aromatic dihalogen compounds whose aromatic rings are connections sic to one another via CO groups, while B is the radical of mononuclear or polynuclear diphenols. Why it's free to use
- Filed May 5, 1990. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended May 5, 2010.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by May 5, 2012.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
