A dimensionally stable polyester melt blown web composition is disclosed. The polyester melt blown web is obtained by contacting the web with a solvent and, drying the web. The solvents which are used have total solubility parameters (So) of 8.5 to 12.0 (cal/cm3)1/2 solubility parameter component due to hydrogen bonding (Sh) of 0.5 to 5.5 (cal/cm3)1/2 and solubility parameter component due to polar forces (Sp) of 0.5 to 7.0 (cal/cm3)1/2). The polyesters used for such melt blown webs include poly(ethylene-terephthalate) poly(cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate) and blends and copolymers of these polymers. jaw/jfs/forfilng/ff360806

Why it's free to use
- Filed September 23, 1991. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended September 23, 2011.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by September 23, 2013.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
