Abstract From the Canadian patent

A compound of formula (I) wherein X is O, CH2, S, SO or SO2;, R is F or Cl; R1 is H C1-C6 alkyl or C2-C6 alkenyl;, R2 is H C1-C6 alkyl or C2-C6 alkenyl; R3 is H, C1-C6 alkyl a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof an, enantiomer thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said enantiomer for use in therapy. A pharmaceutical preparation containing as active ingredient any one of said compounds. A process for the preparation of a compound of formula (I).
