An aluminum nitride base material is prepared from either an aluminum nitride compact or an aluminum nitride sintered body which is previously formed to have a prescribed configuration. A high melting metal paste is then prepared which contains at least 1 percent by weight and not more than 40 percent by weight of at least one oxide selected from the group comprising A?2O3 SiO2, CaO and Y2O3, at least 0.01 percent by weight and not more than 1.0 percent by weight of at least one iron family metal and a, high melting metal. Why it's free to use
- Filed June 13, 1991 and granted June 25, 1996. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended June 13, 2011.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by June 13, 2013.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
