The invention relates to a plastic container for syrup or flavor concentrate suitable for use with a post-mix beverage dispenser. The second opening (2) is defined by a tube (4) extending down the exterior of the container (12) sidewall. The second opening (2) has a valve actuator (3) therein. The top and bottom of the container (12) have complementary shapes (6, 8) to permit vertical stacking of similar containers.

Why it's free to use
- Filed October 24, 1990. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended October 24, 2010.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by October 24, 2012.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
