In this invention; the squeeze casting mold releasing agent comprising the mixture of the mold releasing base material composed of the inorganic compound and the organic compound is formed into the releasing agent wherein at least the mold releasing base material has the powdery or granulated form. Therefore, the mold releasing agent allows productions of castings of high quality in a squeeze, casting work, with good workability and without worsening environmental situations. -13-
