A nuclear magnetic resonance probe incorporating at least two bottles with radical solutions, one having a positive nuclear polarization and the other a negative nuclear polarization at least one high frequency coaxial, resonator around each bottle respectively an assembly of low frequency, exciting-sampling coils. The coil assemblies are interconnected and connected to an amplifier in a loop oscillator connection. The probe comprises two blocks having a symmetry of revolution with respect to one axis and a symmetry with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axis of revolution. Why it's free to use
- Filed April 2, 1991 and granted July 4, 2000. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended April 2, 2011.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 2, 2013.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
