The present invention relates to a chemical luminescencedetecting apparatus in which the intensity of chemical luminescence generated in a photometric cell is detected by means of an optical detector. The apparatus is provided with a plurality of optical detectors of different sensitivities in the vicinity of the photometric cell and the ratio of outputs from the optical detectors for the same sample concentrations is initially determined by taking measurements from standard sample solutions. When used for measuring unknown sample solutions, the outputs from low sensitivity optical detectors are multiplied by a factor determined by the previously determined ratio so that the converted …

Why it's free to use
- Filed March 13, 1991 and granted July 9, 1996. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended March 13, 2011.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by March 13, 2013.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
