Abstract From the Canadian patent

FORM 24 page 1 of 5, (ss. 21,31,34 and 142) ABSTRACT, In this invention a scraper tip is mounted in a pen housing. This allows the user to scrape. even the toughest coatings by securely holding the pen barrel and applying force down along it's length onto the scraping edge. The assembly is compact and appears to be a disposable pen until the cap is removed.
