Summary:, Disclosed herein is a bulk material container or bin (1) which is equipped with an oscillating or vibrating bin activator system (2) which consists of an approximately funnel-shaped discharge bottom part (3) containing an unbalance motor (4) and a vibrating plate (5) the discharge, bottom part (3) being elements under an intermediate layer of rubber spring elements (10) at the edge of a bottom opening (11) of the bulk material bin (1). As a sealing means between the stationary bulk material bin (1) and the oscillating bin activator (2) there is attached a circumferential flexible sleeve (13).
